Test Manufacturing Manager - Penang

Responsibilities

• Develop and strategize department goals, objectives and target in-line with company policy and KPI.

• Lead a team of manufacturing people to achieve the months forecast and to maximise the revenue and profitability.

• Drive manufacturing area on maximizing capacity and performance output.

• Continuously driving, develop and seek for product quality, productivity and cost imprrovement.

• Improvise productivity plan and make recommendation to improve efficiency.

• Manage new product start-up and volume production within timeline.

• Lead operational projects to timely completion.

• Manage resources to fulfill project requirements.

• Responsible for housekeeping, safety and discipline of staff in the production area.

• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
