Regional Sales Manager Asia

Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue goals in the territory and formulate go-to-market strategies and implementations, effective prospecting, following well-defined sales processes, working with business partners and focusing on key accounts within the geographic territory to achieve revenue growth.

  • Generate a sales pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned sales quota.

  • Generate face-to-face sales activities sufficient to develop a sales pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned sales quota

  • Undertake extensive prospecting/lead generation/cold calling/networking to uncover new sales opportunities

  • Manage and develop existing & new customers and manage and develop existing indirect partners and channels and work with end-users to influence their decisions. On top of this, you need to high-touch key strategic accounts

  • Identify, qualify, secure, and develop new indirect partners and channels.

  • Understand current market needs and future trends to be able to design, plan and build indirect channels

  • Utilize appropriate senior management resources in pursuit of sales.

  • Identify business opportunities and meet with key decision-makers to obtain a commitment in the pursuit of the sales

  • Maintain existing customer relationships to maximize revenues long term through relationship building

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Diploma with at least 5 years experience of sales in Security (Public Safety & CCTV)

  • Experience in selling software solutions to both the Government and Enterprise verticals

  • Experience with Law Enforcement, Safe Cities, Airports, Mass Transit, Retail, and Public Safety projects will be an advantage

  • Ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships

  • Experience with big System Integrators in the Security market will be an advantage.

  • Experience with tender processes.

  • Knowledge of consultancy firm/Design institute will be an advantage

  • Build partnerships that bring high streams of revenue to the company

  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a strong desire to succeed

  • A consultative sales approach is critical for solution selling approach

  • A documented history of attaining or exceeding sales quotas

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin

  • Strong project, networking, and time management skills

  • Creative, ‘out of the box thinker’

  • Sales and quota-driven

  • Technology and business savvy

  • Independent, self-motivated, and dedicated to success

  • Extremely strong prospecting/lead generation skills

  • Very strong relationship building skills
