Program Manager (Shanghai)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer and vendors on databases, schedule, quotations, etc.

• Conduct Weekly Project Review meeting on progress and status.

• Dept Capacity loading planning and PE job load.

• Review and grade all PE KPI and performance.

• Review and approval project schedule of quotations.

• Lead and assign new project to different PE team.

• Working with customers during product design to ensure manufacturability of the parts.

• Ensure smooth running and timely delivery of prototype build.

• Review and approval Initiating production of new parts and tooling (PNPT), ECN and TWO.

• Keep track of tool build and project status.

• Provide information on any new projects from existing customers for operation and capacity planning.

• Feed back to customer any issues with regards to product print (Tolerance, Material or Surface finishing issues)

• Work with other facilities to ensure the smooth transfer of tooling and project hand over to mass production

• Ensure the smooth operations of the Project Engineering section, meeting set goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• At least 8 years relevant experience.

• Rich experience and knowledge in Stamping and Precision Engineering.

• Good command of written and oral English. Good presentation skills.

• Computer literate especially in AutoCAD, Knowledge of Pro-E would be an advantage.

• Able to work independently and possess a high level of initiative.

• Based in Shanghai.
