Senior Vice President, Enclosure

Our client is a MNC in EMS.

Responsibilities

• In charge of 2 enclosure plants at Shenzhen and Suzhou

• As key management representative to plan, organize, and direct the overall manufacturing operation of the facility to ensure a high level of effectiveness in meeting and exceeding customer service expectations in quality, on-time delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness.

• Managing throughput, productivity, and overall labour efficiencies to meet revenue objectives and lower the cost structure

• Driving the continuous improvement programs to improve quality, reduce scrap and overall facility costs to meet gross profit targets

• Determining and managing the performance goals for employees to enhance the facilities ability to meet objectives established by the corporation while enhancing employee morale

• Assisting sales organization with business development activities regularly, hosting customer visits and visting key customers periodically

• Actively supporting the Company policies, procedures, and workplace rules including environmental, health, and safety objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business preferred

• 10 – 15 years of progressive managerial experience as operations or engineering manager required

• Sound knowledge in Enclosure / Metal Casing / Sheet Metal Fabrication industry required

• Proven communciation, interpersonal, leadership, and team building skills required

• Strong sense of business acumen, strong organizational and time management skills as well as general computer skills

• Proven leadership skill that is able to lead a team to achieve business objectives

• Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Station at Shenzhen / Suzhou, China, required and travel to other plant
