Engineering Managers x 2 -Enclosure

Our client is an MNC in EMS.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing overall site engineering management.

• Provide technical leadership across the business from quoting through final assembly and test processes.

• Provide direct technical support to manufacturing to research, implement, and troubleshoot new processes to expand capabilities.

• Work with customers on new designs and technical problem resolution.

• Develop processes, recommend equipment, formulate and implement technical strategy for the business.

• Provide full support to NPI process, on-time delivery and feedback to customer

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering discipline

• At least 8 years experience in a mechanical engineering management capacity in enclosure and metal casing

• Technical knowledge in punching, forming, paint and assembly

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to analyze data and generate summary of findings.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
