Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the work of various departments involved in the production of high quality metal products or complex assemblies

• Achieve company goals especially for productivity, profitability, budget, schedule, volume, quality and planning etc.

• Lead, coach and direct a team to provide effective feedback and to meet the requirements of the Supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

• At least 8 years progressive supervision experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment

• Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin

• Good in communication, presentation, management and computer skills

• Ability to read and analyze complex information with technical data

• Ability to identify, define and make recommendations for quality control issue

• Station at Suzhou, China
