Operations Manager- Precision Machining

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production and operation scope including Manufacturing, Engineering, Manufacturing process and activities from production planning to shipment

• Drive the production team on implementing improvement on quality, efficiency and cost reduction

• Ensure the compliance of quality management / environmental management system requirement in production operation

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering

• At least 10 years solid experience working in precision machining with proven experience in China operations management

• Strong leadership skill, a good team player with analytical mind

• Good experience in policy and project implementation

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and ISO9001/TL9000 quality system is an advantage

• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
