Quality Manager-Enclosure

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of all quality functions including quality control, quality engineering and quality management system

• Liaise with Corporate Quality to maintain the quality management system and drive operation excellence & best practice

• Work directly with all company leaders to ensure full implementation of the Corporate Quality Systems

• Develop and manage company wide quality metrics used to monitor performance and promote continuous improvement

• Insure that customer high standards are met in all of the company products

• Insure that quality control guidelines are effectively integrated into the manufacturing process so as to maintain production schedule and reduce cycle times

• Lead the company's Lean Six Sigma initiative

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or others

• At least 8 years solid experience in quality management with at least 5 years at management level

• Strong background in sheet metal and/or plastic industry

• Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and a good team player

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin

• Proficiency in PC operations and CAD application

• Solid experience in managing the ISO9000/TL9000 & ISO14000 Management Systems

• Station in Shenzhen China
