Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities
Accountable for full spectrums of HR business partnership with Fragrance business.
Hands-on in all HR programs and problem solving in South East Asia.
Continuously improve HR best practices and networking in the region
Formulate, review, improve and implement HR policies and programs.
Ensure high ethical compliance with internal and external regulations
Participate in regional and global projects and initiatives
Accountable for HR strategic implementation in relation to the business and functional needs
Provide coaching to team members and remote support staff
Pro-active role as change agent
Work closely with senior regional and global stakeholders
Requirements
Experience in HR business partnership role and HR generalist in a multinational and fast pace culture.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Good knowledge of issues in South East Asia especially in the area of compensation and benefits, income tax, labor laws, industrial relations and work force planning
Good interpersonal & business communication and consultation skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Pro-active and strong team player
Proficient with HR software programs and Microsoft Office
