Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for full spectrums of HR business partnership with Fragrance business.

  • Hands-on in all HR programs and problem solving in South East Asia.

  • Continuously improve HR best practices and networking in the region

  • Formulate, review, improve and implement HR policies and programs.

  • Ensure high ethical compliance with internal and external regulations

  • Participate in regional and global projects and initiatives

  • Accountable for HR strategic implementation in relation to the business and functional needs

  • Provide coaching to team members and remote support staff

  • Pro-active role as change agent

  • Work closely with senior regional and global stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in HR business partnership role and HR generalist in a multinational and fast pace culture.

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

  • Good knowledge of issues in South East Asia especially in the area of compensation and benefits, income tax, labor laws, industrial relations and work force planning

  • Good interpersonal & business communication and consultation skills;

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Pro-active and strong team player

  • Proficient with HR software programs and Microsoft Office
