Responsibilities
Ensure the compliance with all Malaysia government legislation, which affect employment such as, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Immigration Act etc.
Responsible for the development and management of an effective and responsive human resource function.
Formulate and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals.
Maintain a corporate manpower plan so as to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Develop a competitive compensation and benefits schemes.
Plan and direct training and development programs.
Implement talent management system.
In charge of performance management system.
Perform other assignment as and when required by the Management.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration / Management
At least 8 years of full spectrum HR experience in manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
