Human Resource Manager ( Johor )

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the compliance with all Malaysia government legislation, which affect employment such as, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Immigration Act etc.

  • Responsible for the development and management of an effective and responsive human resource function.

  • Formulate and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals.

  • Maintain a corporate manpower plan so as to ensure departmental objectives are met.

  • Develop a competitive compensation and benefits schemes.

  • Plan and direct training and development programs.

  • Implement talent management system.

  • In charge of performance management system.

  • Perform other assignment as and when required by the Management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration / Management

  • At least 8 years of full spectrum HR experience in manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
