Clinical Application Consultant CC/ DECG (TracemasterVue)

Responsibilities

• Develop market share in clinical related IT solutions in APAC region.

• Provide sales support in the area of the clinical application to the sales specialist on configuration to be offered, bring consultancy to the customer on how to develop jointly his expected solution and to be specified within the Acceptance document :

• Demonstrate clinical excellence and knowledge of current cardiology practices.

• Demonstrate an in-depth and current knowledge of the users’ clinical needs.

• Customize configurations to demonstrate features and benefits of DECG equipment

• Support customers in during the trial phase.

• Customize configurations for customer sites, trade shows…

• Align with Project manager to ensure proper implementation on technical side , application support, data analysis to deliver high level of customer satisfaction .

• Responsible for the provision of clinical applications training to customers who have purchased ECG Management System – TracemasterVue.

• Maintain Clinical Application Excellence with awareness of current practices in cardiology

• Maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of Tracemastervue and other DECG products by attending all relevant training.

• Actively co-ordinate with customers and service engineers to train and support the customers at installation.

• Conduct training needs analysis with customer to develop training and in coordination with project manager

• Develop specific training plan to address particular product and resources for customers

• Evaluate the need for follow-up training and be accountable for its proper delivery.

• Network with other Clinical Applications in other countries and share best practice within Gssi Business Development and Key Market teams .

• Develop marketing tools in the area of Cardiac Care IT application in order to promote our product and service portfolio.

• Work with the regional DECG Business Development Manager in account Management of installed base customers.

• Actively understand user satisfaction with installed solutions and recommends any necessary corrective actions or process improvements.

• Provide installed based application and algorithm training to contribute to and ensure repeat orders.

• Is knowledgeable about the market segments dynamics and is able to contribute and give his feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT /Clinical.

• Clinical and workflow background

• Working experience in or around Cardiology or Acute Care department

• Understanding of change management processes

• Analytical, Communication, Presentation

• Knowledge of IT solutions / Integration inside the hospital .

• Clinical experience with skills in Cardiology.

• Project management

• Marketing experience appreciated

• Ability to interact with Key stake holders ( CFO/ IT….. )
