To drive the Home ventilation – invasive and non-invasive – therapy in both the Hospital and home care markets in Asia Pacific by executing the Indication Based Workshops.
Assume the internal and external training responsibilities of RI in Asia Pacific for the Home ventilation products
Be the Clinical Resource for the Home ventilation market in Asia Pacific
Educate and expand the treatment indication for Home NIV/Invasive treatment
Job Responsibilities includes:
Drive the Home ventilation products to increase sales in countries dedicated to assigned region through education and training
Understand competitive products and marketing information in order to identify the needs and best plan workshops and trainings effectively
Increase indication based treatment awareness by organizing workshops with the hospitals, end–user patients and distributors
To identify and develop reference sites and key physicians in the region to influence the solution based treatment solution
Co-design clinical studies or trials with key physicians in AP to promote Respironics clinical and product superiority
Provide clinical support to sales reps as needed with regard to customer communications/actions and to maintain an overview of each customer to ensure specific objectives are being met within the timescales/expectations set
