Responsibilities

• The Capacity and Inventory Planner generates and consolidates production needs for Business Unit Connectivity for Back-end / front-end factories and analyses inventory, targets and assists the Product Planners in achieving these.

• Key areas of responsibilities:

• - Manage day-to-day capacity issues

• - Analyse and report on line loading versus the capacity available

• - Optimize plant utilization and verify weekly capacity usage

• - Execute Capacity Requirement Planning: Short term plan (1 year)

• - Execute Medium and Long term plans (budget, 2YP, 5 YP)

• - Translate Demand and Capacity statements into Inventory Strategy and targets

• - Analyse and Report on Inventory Developments and identify improvement actions

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with 3-8 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning/Capacity Management

• Basic understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing

• Inventory Management

• Improvement Management

• MS Office

• APICS
