Responsibilities
Leading and directly managing a multi cultural sales development team supporting direct and indirect sales channels to ensure AOP achievement for ultrasound solutions in APAC.
Defining and developing the annual marketing plan, including objectives, strategies and short-term plans, as well as ensuring successful implementation.
Actively work with team members and regions in executing the annual marketing plan in various activities including: trade shows, internal training, customer education, marcom, roadshows/events and new product introductions.
Working closely with business management to identify channel requirements (such as training and product programs) and incremental business opportunities.
Strategically leading the marketing communications program to support the business objectives and marketing plan.
Establishing and managing budget and resources to achieve the overall objectives.
Establishing and using appropriate metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and projects; continuously adapting and evaluating marketing processes and programs to reflect changing business needs.
Provide ongoing feedback to both the ultrasound SMC management and the GBU marketing management with regard to: market feedback, coordinating cross BU programs, developing channel training plans, identifying and sharing best practices while effectively utilizing SMC shared resources.
Recruiting, selecting, training, appraising performance and administering salaries of reporting employees; determining assignments and changing employees' status in accordance with company Healthcare policy.
Requirements
At least 10 years of working experience in medical field
Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Marketing or Market Development
Ultrasound Market knowledge and Customer Insights
Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus
People management skills
Negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
