Responsibilities
Support Key Market with issue analysis, actions & resolution from established feedback channels
Facilitate Key Market change management initiatives for Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) processes, procedures, and transitions to new programs
Manage relationship, teamwork, collaboration and the communication channel between SPS and all the global Key Markets within the company.
Design and execute “blueprints” per responsible Key Markets with the SPS organizational functions to bridge current part delivery performance to desired established levels
Through Monthly Business Reviews insure the articles within the Service Level Agreements are being adhered to and performance is achieved or actions are in place to correct performance shortfalls
Analyze and act upon Continuing Quality Customer Survey (CQCS) parts low score surveys
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, MBA a plus
8 + years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a service environment
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and organizations
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact at the senior management level
Proven ability to work through others, develop and execute collaborative programs and solutions to Key Market challenges
Ability to initiate and drive changes and innovation and obtain timely closure to open issues
Strong Analytical skills
Willingness to spend time travelling
