Staff Engineer-Testing

Responsibilities

• 1. Test process control and automation including database administration, database adaptation, standard test report and test tool development. Work with RGB test and Munich on implementing new or improved test methods.

• 2. Integrate specification on test package transfer and installation, match hardware and software, data correlation, test package release for production.

• 3. Optimize test programs / test package stability regarding test coverage vs. yield, test time, test cost, performance, development and implementation of special purpose characterization test programs.

• 4. Interact process technology, package technology and product test, contribute to optimization and testing / manufacturability.

• 5. Create and maintain test algorithms for device characterization and reliable process monitoring. Define new test concepts and characterization methods.

• 6. Install, correlate and release of test programs, post processing of test result files, data handling, interpretation of test results, knowledge in tester hardware interface and interface to test development and product engineering, optimization of test stability.

Requirements

• 1. Master/ PHD in E&E engineering;

• 2. Over 8 years working experience in Semicon Packing.

• 3. 8 years experience in test product engineering Environment.

• 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• 5. Good oral and written English.
