Project Manager ( Semicon )

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage, execute and monitor all the new projects implementation and development in the entire CC department.

• 2. Interact between local engineering team and RGB R&D on project and package transfer and development.

• 3. Process architecture on process assumptions, ground rules, physical parameter, experimental verification and characterization, mechanical stability, corrosion, reliability + metrology.

• 4. Understand product design, alignment and bridge the technology and information transfer across sites to drive and synchronize the technology and process optimizations to improve package understanding.

• 5. Knowledge and experience in drafting of patent applications.

Requirements

• 1. Degree/ Master in Engineering

• 2. 8 years experience in NPI/NPD project management manufacturing enterprise, preferably in Semicon Packing.

• 3. Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.

• 4. Good oral and written English.
