Staff Engineer-Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

• 1. Lead cross functional project teams to drive improvement and cost productivity for DS & CC operations.

• 2. Manage engineering and productivity projects to achieve productivity goals.

• 3. Develop strategic program by leveraging lean manufacturing and industrial engineering approaches to bring the site for next level of excellence.

• 4. Content expert with sound knowledge in OEE, OCM, IFX supply chain and system.

• 5. Able to analyze complex data, perform scenario planning, generate ideas and make recommendation for management decision.

• 6. Build competencies through coaching, knowledge sharing and providing training.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing System or equivalent.

• 2. 8 years experience in relevant industrial engineering and operation management.

• 3. Strong analytical capability and sound knowledge in project management.

• 4. Good oral and written English.
