Responsibilities

• Conduct Lean assessment, tackle the weakest point, and initiate Lean projects accordingly.

• Set up the baseline of the key index, e.g. OEE, inventory, and MCT. Monitor the actual performance and facilitate the continuous improvement.

• Design and provide Lean Agent trainings to the team to elevate the overall awareness of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with Certified Lean Master. Minimum 3 years experience in lean manufacturing or business excellence related functions.

• Hands-on experience in OEE, MCT reduction, quick conversion, bottleneck management and pull system.

• Knowledge in TOC is preferred.

• Rich knowledge in project management, facilitation and training.

• Ability to lead, to motivate and to develop excellent performance among employee.

• Well developed personal management and human organization skills.

• Able to work independently.

• Possess good presentation and communication skills.

• Able to communicate in English.
