Staff Engineer- Product Test Engineering

Responsibilities
Responsible for making timely and accurate decisions regarding non- conforming product or equipment / process outputs using state- of- the- art semiconductor process/equipment in one selected assigned area.
Prioritise multiple activities and make timely effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using sound problem solving and statistical process control methods.
Interact and communicate effectively with manufacturing, equipment engineering, assembly process engineering and quality.
Act as a team leader with superior technical knowledge as most experienced engineer in own team.
Extensive technical knowledge of assigned functional area in Test Process/Product Engineering
Good knowledge of supplier / customer process in assigned area and how performance affects success of the business.
Supervisory responsibilities of team leading (area specific) and training / guidance of new engineers.
Resolves technical, quality and business related problems and makes effective decisions
Well verse in local and global communication including documentation, supporting, negotiating and presentation.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic , Computer Engineering and other related areas.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
At least 5 year of experience in management level.
In- depth understanding of principles and concepts in own technical / specialist area
Acquire good Discrete Semiconductor technical product and test process knowledge
Strong in problem solving skills and analytical skills
Proficient English skills in both verbal and written
Good coordination and leadership skills
