Turnkey Project and Services Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of turnkey projects and that budget is kept to, and perform risk assessment

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the scope of work

• Project planning including resources requirement and risk assessment

• Project risk management and mitigation

• Provide an assessment of costs for supplies, services and execution of related work

• Assist in the selection and management of suppliers, subcontractors, partners

• Check and approve the rates and terms and conditions of supplies, contracts

• supplier quality (hardware and labor services) management

• Manage budget organisation and planning of project

• Maintain contact with key stakeholders

• Ensure smooth project handover to client upon completion, including training and knowledge transfer, thereby ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Experience in customer escalation, relationship management and supplier management

• Proven track record in project management (at least 5 years or more) within Lighting, Electrical or Construction field

• Excellent leadership and project management skills

• Creative thinker with a strong motivation to achieve

• Travel is required (at least 50%)
