Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Taking the ownership of the company’s network management system and related solutions

• Identifying, planning and executing the professional service/customization requirements in the most efficient way

• Conducting the pre-sales activates which involves the understanding customer requirements and identifying solutions

• Acting as the liaison for key customer accounts

• Providing training for new customer accounts and partners.

Requirements

• Have worked in a similar positioning a high-tech environment - previous working experience with Network Management systems will be huge advantage

• Be able to learn and master new technologies quickly

• Be familiar with the Linux and sound knowledge in scripting languages, databases and SNMP

• Have a background in software programming

• Have the capability to effectively and efficiently convert customer requirements to solution specifications

• Be able to use innovative methods to solve unique customer problems / requirements

• Possess strong communication skills

• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated

• Be determined to acquire new knowledge about related advanced technologies

• Be independent and have excellent communication & organizational skills

• Be a good team player

• Be willing to travel for around 25% of the time.
