Operation
Support I&D in resolving operational issues related to Electrical/Software Life Cycle Support
Support technical evaluation on IPM/PFQ/P3C, EOL and cost reduction improvement
Be part of Life Cycle Support team responsible for the Life Cycle Support technical evaluation from PE phase onwards, undertaking prelim analysis, root cause analysis, short term and long term solution
For Electrical, resolving issues such as signal integrity, ESD, safety, or EMC/EMI etc from Field feedback and other improvement activities
For Software, resolving issue such as coding change, co-ordinate with third party for Software solution and changes, and provide the resolution to the Field, identify test plan for Beta testing requirement, provde software update/upgrade support to P4C site
Provide technical support to Life Cycle Support, raise ECO and update TPD for the identified solution in LCM phase
Assist technical support on CCB Change Request feasibility study and estimation on impact consequences and Design changes to LCM CCB and co-ordination with Suppliers.
Support the capture Life Cycle Support learning and identify standard PQR, implementation and release practice update; recommend preventive action
