Responsibilities

• • Lead the team of Equipment & Process

• • Liaise with customer on engineering matters

• • Lead and co-ordinate project transfer

• • Submission of 8D report & ensure effective closure

• • To train, guide, motivate and drive subordinates towards Dept target/objective

• • Drive TPM

Requirements

• • Degree in Electronics / Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

• • At least 8 yrs experience in Semicon industries (Assembly & Test)

• • Have strong leadership skills

• • Able to lead & train Process & Equipment team
